Common practise for having rdfs:label with events crm:E67_Birth and crm:E69_Death #27

What would be the best practice to have or not to have a rdfs:label events crm:E67_Birth and crm:E69_Death? currently Apis has it in a clear format rdfs:label "Death of Nikola ..." but in e.g. BS it has not been added to ttl.
