[BNet] remove all data attached to provided entities #49

we decided to not attach any data (relations etc) to the provided entities, but only to the proxies. Accordingly the API is currently not delivering any data added to the provided entities. If possible that data should be moved to one of the proxies, if not we need to revise the IDM and change the API
