[Europeana] place marked as creator #54

There are CHO's that have been marked as created by a place in the source data:

We are currently ingesting the data as is, i.e. stating that the production event of the CHO crm:P11_had_participant a place. Should we instead do some validation, and e.g. drop such triple that have a place as a creator?

I would say that we leave it as is, there might reasons for this data to be the way it is and there could be all kinds of corner cases that we cant fix on our side. At least for the D3.9 deliverable.
