Had to re-create https://github.com/InVisionApp/go-health/pull/83 so the PR checks would run correctly

Looks like by opening this PR it ran the check which now shows as passing on the original PR. So I'll close this PR and merge the original.

Aye, GitHub has a security feature where for first-time contributors actions do not run automatically (as an untrusted party could modify something that could expose secrets or do other harmful actions, etc.) so a maintainer has to approve workflow runs. 😅
