支持Windows 11新右键菜单 #57

希望能添加新右键菜单的支持。调查了一下SharpShell没法做到这一点 https://github.com/dwmkerr/sharpshell/issues/364 ，所以可能是个大改动？

是的，应该不会考虑对win11的新右键菜单提供支持，否则会对win10以下的系统兼容性产生影响。
