Guys, when will u make a blacklist option work? There are Electric Cars and can't work beacuse of this script... And if you wonder, yeah there is script for CHARGING Electric Cars, so...

i'm gonna try to pick this up on my fork; just learning lua so it might be a while before i actually implement things
