[vehicles/?] Suggestion - Additional State Security SUV

I have read the README.md

Summary

Currently State Security has access to two vehicles

• A really beautiful Cadillac (thanks to Laura)

• Armored SUV (rarely pulled out, only if instructed by Gov, Vice Gov, or State Security Manager)

Would like to add an additional SUV though seeing as the armored SUV is used sparingly - I would like to keep the armored SUV, but also add this car:

I am unsure if the Cavalcade XL is able to be used though if we have not introduced it in PDM yet? Not sure how that works with script etc.

Siren sounds could be stripped from the vehicle I assume, although would be a nice feature to have due to listed in "Reason" below.

If adding anything with lights is not a popular idea though, there is also this no light/siren actual Escalade SUV that would match the car:

Reason

Recently a Senior Agent role was added to the list of State jobs which added more depth to promotions and the RP of State Security as it doesn't have much to work towards with rankings such as PD/EMS/BCFD do.

However the idea of an additional vehicle for Senior Agents linked above came from PDs "rank locked vehicles" where there is something for agents to work towards. We've used creativity to lock things such as carrying a gov/civ handgun, a basic heli license, and solo patrol behind a "ooc ranking" called "recruit", then once Agent you have slowly unlocked all of your "certifications" (all normal civilian things they could unlock, just "State pays for it").

As State does not have access to State specific handguns, beanbag shotguns, SMGs, ARs or anything of the sort, there are no real additional "certification unlocks" to be had - Adding this vehicle would be a small but fun perk for Senior Agent, Managers, Vice & Gov to have access to (or just stick it in the State Security spawner same as the others and agents would still abide by same rules we have currently where they only have access to the caddy car).

I believe this would simply add a fun addition for the Roleplay without asking for anything over the top like Gov exclusive SMGs like a vector etc we've requested in the past.

Also if added - Could they be added fully upgraded w/ tinted windows same as the other service vehicles :)
