Suggestion - Leverage Stocks App #2295

Summary: Leverage the existing "Stocks" app on the phone to add the ability to purchase and sell cryptocurrency. List a number of actual cryptocurrencies and use true market value to dictate the prices. When a person sells the transaction could be taxed like other purchases and go into the state fund, I think it would be nice to see a higher tax on these sales like a capitol gains tax, preferably only on sales where a profit is made.

Reason: Why would your suggestion be a good change to the framework? This could be an interesting addition to the economy and provide another revenue stream for players outside the typical "grinds" or in character jobs. It would provide the potential to make or lose large amounts of money with the unpredictability of the crypto market. Using the "tax" on profits would also add to the state funds giving the state more money to host events for players in the city.
