[external/gcphone?] Replace current phone #2447

Assurance: Have you read through the rules from the README.md file in the root folder of this GitHub repository? Yes, I have.

Summary: Write a summary of what your suggestion is about. I would like to see a new phone in OP-FW. Completely new UI, new apps and new functions. Replace the current phone with newer one. I suggest maybe GKSPHONE, designed for ESX. Or maybe this one https://quasar-store.com/package/4861393.

Reason: Why would your suggestion be a good change to the framework? Current phone is limited to its functions. Current phone is missing many functions, like for example: Ability to take pictures and post them to twitter, post advertisements, adding contacts and calling people isn't quite comfortable/smooth as it could be, mechanics and people should be able to send invoices to another players for their services, able to send money through bank app etc. I see that new phone would open new opportunities, have better gameplay to OP-FW players and so on. It would be so much better to RP around with a new phone.

A new phone has been in development for years but the project has been picked up and dropped multiple times due to developer issues.

A new phone is still in development currently but there is no ETA on when it will be ready.
