Addition of a wallet item #2461

Summary: Add a wallet item that when used will give you a small secondary inventory which will allow you to store your licenses.

Reason: We have limited slots available to us in our inventory and I am finding that if I want to have my licenses on me then I have to give up slots for all my other precious items that I hold so dear to my heart. This would be a solution that would only benefit us in the long run if we ever added money as an item, credit cards, buisness cards, coins, etc.

Definitely think this would be good with the ID, hunting, SoonTM Fishing, aviation and maybe a trading card.

I've been holding back on this for the only reason that the inventory seems to have problems with items disappearing sometimes. So pretty much it would be less painful to lose 1 item due to scuff than lose 1 item that contains a whole list of items

Was just wanting to bump this idea again due to feedback from a few people in the community and a first hand experience. I have had a few cops tell me that it would be nice to have a wallet in order to store all their ID's as it takes up a lot of slots. I also ran into a problem today where my inventory was already decently full and I was already holding a Weapons License & State Security ID and was told I also needed to have a Government ID on me in order to legally have a weapon. This is three slots in my limited inventory taken up by three small pieces of plastic. It would be very nice to be able to have a wallet or something similar to hold these 'paperwork' type items. Personally, I don't think I would care much to lose it in scuff if it was just my IDs but I understand others may not be in the same boat.
