Suggestion - New Process (Marijuana Concentrates)

Summary

The final process would be whitelisted turning an amount of weed into a concentrate that would delay stress onset for a time. The materials to make the concentrate would be found by non-whitelisted civilians and sold on the street. The process would include a press, parchment paper, and creating a dab rig with glass and quartz (found mining very rarely). The press would be placed as a blender can and need parchment and weed to make concentrate. The dab rig would degrade as used, and could be made by non-whitelisted civilians.

Reason

If the city had this whitelisted process, new gangs would have a simpler idea for their gang's function and be able to use their own product. Most people grow weed and have no use for it, this would give a new way for illegal weed to hit the streets.

"whitelisting" is a thing some subdivisions do. If this was to be added it would be up to the subdivisions to decide if they want to restrict access or not

The press could be crafted out of parts like springs, plates, lcd screen, etc. or be in a permanent position. Making it easier to control.

The dispensary also could have legal concentrates, and buy dab rigs from crafters.
