Summary

So with boosting currently in the server is split into classes D, C, B, A, M, S

My suggestion is for these classes to be split up with X amount of upgrades on each class. D no upgrades C level 2 upgrades B level 3 upgrades A Level 4 engine, random turbo, armor trans M maybe fully upgraded but iffy because it's bike S fully upgraded

These upgrades would also include a front bumper and spoiler as these effect car performance.

Reason

Boosting right now feels unbalanced. There are C boosts that drive better than A+. The random modifications sometimes you'll get a car with armor that takes a small beating or a stock A class that will disable after 2 crashes.

Whenever you VIN scratch a car it often comes with low-level modifications, these cars have the potential to be lost forever if impounded. People do not want to pay 40-50K to upgrade vehicles that they could lose so easily. Even with the servers econmoney. With boost cars being upgraded and vin scatchable it might encourage VIN scratch trades more.

Cop cars are mostly balanced to keep up with fully upgraded vehicles, most of the time during boosts other parties have to get involved to block and sometimes shoot. It's not always an enjoyable experience for either side.

I'm hoping if this changed it would encourage More people to do boosts More VIN scratch trading Fairer roleplay and chases between police department and criminals departments

I think the best way to address this issue is to establish a 'Shaddy Upgrade Shop,' where you can upgrade your boosted vehicle using cryptocurrency. Currently, if you have extra GNE, it's not very useful. This change will also increase its usage.
