I have read the README.md

Summary

Go to any river up north and collect a bucket of wet sand / soil

(Requires a bucket from toolstore), press E to collect the sand/soil
Pan out the soil

"Press E to pan out the soil",
Collect any gold nuggets that you may find in the process

Roughly 1/20 chance of finding a gold nugget
Go to smeltery with 10 gold nuggets to create a gold bar

Takes 50 seconds, use the large molten pot to create a gold bar.

Reason

Another way to earn money rather than hunting / mining. Wouldn't require a license so it will help out the new-comers to earn some legitimate money.
