Ground enemy should spawn from the walls.
Flying enemy should spawn down from the "sky" i.e. above the view
[x] RandomEnemySpawn should work in the intended level
[x] All 2 types of enemies should spawn
[x] Ground enemies only spawn from the pumpkin piles
[x] 2 more spawning points for GroundEnemy
[x] Scalable Spawning cap
[x] Scalable GroundEnemy cap
[x] Scalable FlyEnemy cap
[x] Reduce the numebr of Flying enemies
[x] Scaled spawn timing is off (it happens very irregularly, sometimes 30s, sometimes 1m and some other time 2m, wtf?)
