Describe the bug Latest release of Action Recorder not installing manually on Blender 4.3

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Download latest version of Action Recorder
Install from Disk within preferences>addons
Receive error in Screenshots section

Expected behavior Install and work without error

Version Information:

Add-on Version [4.1.2]
Blender Version [4.3 Beta (Oct 8th)]
OS: [Windows 11]
