Mark emails are important #152

This has been requested, but I don't see how it would be useful without some way to find emails marked as important.

Should the inbox be labelled as having an important email? (would be annoying if they're not on the first page of the inbox).

I think this issue depends on #73 as that's how Evolution does it (examples from other mail clients welcome)

I would suggest the that we have a label that displays both on the email itself and on the inbox including the unified inbox.

Emails with the important flag are now pinned to the top, the flag will also be shown if set. The only thing missing is the ability to actually mark emails as important.

There are now buttons to change the important flag. I'd like to deploy this anyway, as worse is better - it might give us some insight into how we should be doing it.
