Proxy URLs in HTML emails #159

Promotional emails often contain unique identifiers in URLs so that their effectiveness can be measured. However, they also reveal the link between a user's IP and one of their Inboxen addresses.

We should offer the option of proxying these URLs and presenting the user with the result of any redirect.
