Adding items directly to the rule engine, and handling their lifecycles

• Add items, which were created before our bundle started to listen.
• Add items, which are created when we are listening.
• Handle the deletion of items
• Handle the update of an item (the object reference changed, new object created, the old is deprecated)

If you get back the item with the same unique ID (name), item references doesn't match.
