Issue description

Tasks

[ ] Produce kaon gun, pion, e gun
[ ] #25
[ ] Get the rechit energy
[ ] Figure out the angle of the tracks
[ ] Calculate dEdx and plot against the momentum
[ ] Transform to Ih to see if that's any better
[ ] Include hits from the tracker
[ ] Repeat everything with a pn sample
