Fix photon projection from 4 to 8 GeV #44

@XinyiXu03 Photon projection in PhysTools.py was hardcoded for 4 GeV: the momentum of photon was subtracted from [0, 0, 4000 MeV]. We need to fix this and train segmipBDT again.
