Documentation - Contribution #37

Considering there are now two issues relating to documenting different things (i.e. setting up a dev environment (tracked by #31) and defining a logging standard (tracked by #36)), its probably best to include one specific on how to contribute to the project.

In this case, it may not be all too intuitive to include the document within the /New/ directory. It's perhaps best to maintain a document within /docs/.

To an extent, #35 is somewhat related, but not sure if it should be specified. Will have to examine at a later point.

This is being overseen by a branch specified as doc-changes, which should be reflected in this issue.

This issue served more as a way to remind myself to get started on this, and to help keep track of stuff (for documentation purposes).

Will be closed, and possibly the branch merged as well.
