General module is showing twice for one of the project. #137

Steps to reproduce

  1. Login to admin.
  2. Add new project with only general module.
  3. Add user to project.
  4. Login to added user.
  5. Create task with added new project.
  6. Observe the modules in add task.

Expectation There should be only one general module.

Observation There are two modules with Same name "General".
