feat(core): Remove implements ParserDescriptor from TypedCommandComponent #709

Also remove confusing U extends ParserDescriptor & CloudKeyHolder Command.Builder methods

Being able to pass a TypedCommandComponent to ParserDescriptor-accepting methods would lead to unexpected behavior
