Currently it shows the incident number and date.
We need to add to it so it is more searchable
State (open, complete, submitted color coded based on different story)
Address either (as both wouldn't be filled in) Number/Prefix/Street-Highway/Type/Suffix/City/State/Zip or Cross Street/City/State/
