School - Class Detail / Non-School Template #299

This will work similar for School and Non-School

1) I create a Class and I can save as a template 1a) This will display in the drop down under (class)

New Functionality on this screen = when I select an NFPA from the drop down list it will display it under NFPA view. It'll Hyperlink to the NFPA site. (Travis can add all these to the db once created)

Remove the NFPA stuff from this story. I have no idea what this is and it doesn't pertain to this story. This story is to create templates that hold the values for a class/training that'll prepopulate when creating a new class/training from the template.
