Hoping that we can utilize the email functionality that is used for contact us in some way on this:

On the page for FF sign in under Training create a section for non members

Then when clicking "complete" a summary of the training emailed to email address(es) listed on non member training. There could be more than one email address meaning 2 people might be admin@fd.com and 2 people might be support@FD2.com

Email doesn't send until admin "Complete's Training"

Let’s say shakopee Fire does something with savage. Savage using our system. They put in the shako fire fighters names and it sends the details of the drill to their training officer.

But I’m open to easy as well if yuh have better idea

Sent from iPhone

On Oct 21, 2019, at 22:23, Lee Olsen notifications@github.com wrote:

This will only ever happen when the "other" fire department is also using our system? Savage is running a drill and a Jordan fire fighter attends it. In order for that Jordan fire fighter to have an accurate reflection of his payroll/iso/etc, the Jordan fire department would have to create a training for their agency and put that fire fighter as the only one to have attended. This will jack up the "trainings % report" now because all the other fighters will be dinged for not attending the training which I'm sure wouldn't be the intention.

Sikta commented 4 years ago

I think to do this one right, we are going to have to put some more thought into a good solution.

tfremming1 commented 4 years ago

Works for me it can go back in training swim lane

Sent from iPhone

On Oct 21, 2019, at 22:36, Lee Olsen notifications@github.com wrote:

I think to do this one right, we are going to have to put some more thought into a good solution.

— You are receiving this because you authored the thread.
