Introduction for German translation #19

Suggestion replace the current German translation with the following:

Bei den inklusiven Design Prinzipien wird der Mensch in den Mittelpunkt gestellt. Es geht darum, den Bedürfnissen von allen Personen gerecht zu werden. Also so zu designen, dass dauerhafte, vorübergehende und situative Einschränkungen berücksichtigt werden. Oder sich verändernde Behinderungen - es geht also um uns alle.

Die Prinzipien verstehen sich als möglichst breiter Ansatz für alle, die an der Entwicklung von Webseiten und Apps beteiligt sind. Also in den Bereichen Design, UX, Entwicklung, Produkt Management, Forschung und Entwicklung, Artwork oder Denkschmiede.

It certainly reads better and is a lot more fluid. And avoids the need to gender the whole list of professions. It may even benefit adopting some of this for the English version, and (particularly for the gendered language) other language versions.

BTW: I think a single asterisk or two is okay to show explicitly that this text was written by someone who is aware of people identifying as non binary and they are welcome and included. Before was just to much for me...

Thanks for taking a look @patrickhlauke. @MarcHaunschild would you be comfortable creating a PR to make these changes to the German translation perhaps?

I'm comfortable with that, but: I don't know how to do it. When I developed, I never used the web interface to work with git repos and now I see the "create pull request" button is disabled and don't know what to do. Sounds stupid after I worked for such a long time with git, but it is, like it is. Maybe @patrickhlauke could give me a hint what to do? Also I would offer you to read the whole text and make more pull requests if wanted. There are sentences, that sound just strange or even wrong. For example: "Ob aufgrund der Umstände, der Wahl oder des Kontexts – Menschen sind vielfältig. "

You just cannot use the word "Wahl" like this. It can mean "choice", "decision", "vote" or "election" and it sounds like "vote" here. Only because that cannot be right and I translated it back into englisch I understood, what the meaning is in this context. Again it sounds like an automatic literal translation. Do you agree, @patrickhlauke ?

Maybe you can show me how to do it in a 5 minute zoom call, Patrick?

I then will create some more pull requests to improve the wording, if this would be okay for everybody.

@MarcHaunschild it might take more than just a 5 minute call, I think ... might be worth having a look over https://docs.github.com/en/pull-requests/collaborating-with-pull-requests/proposing-changes-to-your-work-with-pull-requests/creating-a-pull-request (or maybe even a few steps before then ... making a fork, working on a fork, etc)

And agree, there's probably a lot more that could/should be tweaked with the translation(s). Not quite sure where the german one originated from, but yes it reads a bit ... stilted
