Download all content when first loading the app #41

As a user, I want to download all the data so I don't have to wait later

@ipozow I believe this will take some time, as we have to sync every data for that user. I'll have to create a data sync mechanism for this to work. I think we should move this to later stage.

It doesn't download when first loading the app. It requires to restart the app
