Why a specific milestone repo #5

@despiegk, in the document I miss the value of a specific milestone repo. Isn't the milestone functionality on the home repo not capable of giving us the same functionality? I must be missing something.

I see that the milestone repo is gone in the documentation. Hence closing the issue.
