Once the historic data and the apartment blocks archetypes are in place, we need to refinde our scenario values.

Fig.3 of the Global Status Report 2017 has floor area projections by region and decade apparently coming from the 2017 ETP.

A bit confused. You mean other scenario values that the ones discussed in https://github.com/YaleCIE/RECC-project/issues/104? I extended the target tables already, etc.

Current refined scenario assumptions are being tested now. Can re-open issue if needed.
