2_S (Stock) and 3_EI (energy intensity) data or reasonable estimates are needed for RoW regions.

Data for RoW_OECD and RoW_REF (mostly former USSR) are now complete and transferred. For RoW_ASIA and RoW_LAM (Latin Am) we have m2/cap already, and the deadline for the remaining 3 regions is April 24.

With the work of Freiburg student Zeina Najjar now complete, I transferred the data, made plausbile assumptions, and finalized this task. Both 2_S...2015 and 3_EI are now complete for residential buildings for all world regions.
