Using the current CURRENT folder and https://github.com/YaleCIE/RECC-ODYM/commit/7dab4aed8e14777d4f50dfcc638b7ac2718bf1bd I get completely different results than the in the model run by @stefanpauliuk from 19. June 2019. I am unclear what the reason is. Either it is related to differences in the code (see also #5) or differences in the input data.

We should make an effort to ensure full reproducibility.

Will fix #5 and #6 first, then see if this is resolved.

Resolved by #5 #6 and https://github.com/YaleCIE/RECC-ODYM/commit/5f33f1f37f25bc2376848a4d587e938820cf427a. Results are now identical.
