Adopt the standalone script for parsing mat-ntnu-mrio structure:

[ ] make own module with ntnu specific tools
[ ] generic mat parser
[ ] make specific mat parsers for each mrio
[ ] check if mat file is passed (in the standard parsers) and than call the mat parser for the specific

Not sure this is needed anymore. We have something on script basis at the EXIOBASEdev
