bilateral trade and associated calculations #78

Currently i don't see any functionality to pull out the bilateral trade results. Current accounts simply do footprints, disaggregated by domestic or foreign sources.

However, there is a lot of intermediate trade, and it can be interesting to look at that data.

Step 1: add functionality to iomath to extract bilateral trade data Step 2: calculate footprints of bilateral trade using both MRIO and domestic (e.g. EEBT approaches) (being careful to explain that double counting will occur with a MRIO approach)

I've done 1 already for dataframes

Great! can you do a pull request or point me to the repo where you have that?
