Add [Event] metadata tags for classes dispatching events #126

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
This is not a breaking bug or critical issue but more of a nice to have. 
It'd be nice to be able to see what Events that EventDispatcher subclasses
dispatch in code hinting by taking advantage of the [Event] metadata tags
in the source code.

New release based of Facebook's Graph API is coming soon.  SDK which this issue 
depends on is no longer supported by Facebook.
