Build a startup guide #1

I need a startup guide, that walks though the things to do after upgrading the firmnware to make sure that things are optimal. This is mostly so I don't have to remember each time but also so I think through what might need to be added to the config to support this.

The guide should be 100% from the LCD screen, because not everybody has Octoprint.

Running a startup now, so some notes:

  1. Optionally Erase EEPROM (Configuration -> Advanced -> Initialize EEPROM)
  2. Run a PID autotune for hotend (need to add this to the config, not in the LCD)
  3. Run a PID autotune for bed
  4. Run the bed tramming wizard (Motion -> Tramming Wizard)
  5. Run a bed level (Motion -> Bed Leveling -> Level Bed)
  6. Confirm bed leveling is on (Motion -> Bed Leveling -> Bed Leveling: ON)
  7. Save the bed level data (Motion -> Bed Leving -> Store Setting)
  8. Run Mesh validation print (need to enable this)
  9. Store EEPROM (Configuration -> Store Settings)

Somewhere near the start, should add a home offsets step, home the machine then move the nozzle to near the front left point of the bed and run "set home offsets" on LCD
