Initially and addon, brought over by fafabis for their Chaotic Build Client and cleaned up by Nepdisk and Indev this brings over Nametags to the game in hardcode they seem to work really well

its a nightmare to maintain both tbh lul so gonna close this in favor of https://github.com/Indev450/SRB2Kart-Saturn/pull/114
