I hope that this finds you well, and in good health. I have come across some SRA accessions that seem to not be in the S3 bucket. Is there a list of criteria by which one would be able to tell a priori if a given accession was processed by the Logan Project?
Here is how I queried:
# aws s3 cp s3://logan-pub/c/SRR26701885/SRR26701885.contigs.fa.zst . --no-sign-request
fatal error: An error occurred (404) when calling the HeadObject operation: Key "c/SRR26701885/SRR26701885.contigs.fa.zst" does not exist
Any pointers about what I might be doing wrong would be greatly appreciated!
To whomever it may concern at the Logan Project,
