Detector height problems when over 100m #15

Hi John,

Just uploading our wind turbine data and Ecobat doesn't seem to be allowing detector heights to be specified for over 100m - could we change this please? We placed detectors in turbines nacelles which are greater than 100m so we need to allow for this.

@PaulLintott I don't think I've intentionally coded any such limit and its not obvious why this might happen from the code. Can you send me the error or details of the symptoms so I can look into why? Thanks
