Deleted records remain in cache_ occurrences table.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When a record is deleted it should no longer appear in cache_occurrences

What version of Indicia are you using?
Warehouse 0.9.1 but more probably related to the iForm Drupal module I think as 
the problem seems to be associated with more recent surveys.

Note that, when samples are deleted in the warehouse website, the 
cache_occurrences is updated by scheduled tasks so an interruption to that 
might be able to cause this problem.
