Saving a dynamic taxon form with designations failes #504

Saving taxon designation data fails due to a syntax error in the taxa_taxon_designations model. For example, using a dynamic taxon form which includes taxon designations. Example error:

 Uncaught ParseError: syntax error, unexpected single-quoted string ";", expecting "," or ";" in file modules/taxon_designations/models/taxa_taxon_designation.php on line 43
