An alpha release for 0.4.0 is out now for testing. After a sufficient length of time, the full 0.4.0 release should go out.
The key consideration remaining for 0.4.0 release is to ensure downstream compatibility/adaptability of this library in some of our bigger consumers, i.e. ACA-Py.
