Adding a scroll back to top button #119

Describe the feature

I propose adding a "Back to Top" button in the footer section of the website. This button will allow users to easily navigate back to the top or header section of the webpage with a single click, enhancing user experience and accessibility.

Implementation Details: -Design a visually appealing button with an arrow or icon indicating upward movement. -Use JavaScript/jQuery to implement smooth scrolling functionality when the button is clicked. -Ensure the button is responsive and compatible with various screen sizes and devices.

I'm a GSSoC'24 contributor, with efficient skills in web development and I want to work on the addition of this feature. So can you please assign this work to me.
