Added "Cursor Trail Effect" to Website #214

Hey @trishanu-init

Fixes #206

I have added a cursor trail effect to the website

Created Trail Effect
Use Color radial color gradient of #dbfbff and #003ed0
Utilizes useEffect and Implements state management for circles using useState.
Adds necessary event listeners and cleanup.

Fixes the "window is not defined" error during server-side rendering.
