[Feature]: Add drop down menu to Navbar #99

Describe the feature

Currently there is no hamburger menu toggle or drop-down toggle feature in nav bar. I would like to add it which would significantly improve user experience of Navbar.

Current navbar for smaller screen size: hamberger

After changes it would look something like this: ham
