Import CSV as Collection #41

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I want to save collections to files, which I'm able to do, however, I want to import those files back

Describe the solution you'd like CSV Import as a collection to add or replace an existing collection

@mig8447 thanks for the suggestion, this is in my backlog and I will try to support it soon
