Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm frustrated with the current arrangement options in collections and queues

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a handle to be able to drag and drop items in collections and queues
Add a list view instead of grid view for collections

I came here with the same suggestion.

In addition to drag and drop re-arranging, I think that it would also be very useful to have keyboard shortcuts for "Move top". "Move up" and "Move down".
