Getting duplicate clips from odd apps

Describe the bug Whenever I copy things from various apps, I see a second copy of that thing from the Little Snitch Agent app.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select text in Safari and copy it. (I'm using Safari as an example. I see this same behavior with all apps.)
2. Press the shortcut to toggle the side window.
3. See one clip of that text from Safari. See another clip of it from Little Snitch Agent.

Note: I can't find any documentation that Little Snitch should be interacting with the clipboard in any way.

Expected behavior I'd see a single copy of that text, coming from Safari.

I’ve only ever seen it with Little Snitch, and even then not always.
