@ylluminate Hi, that's a good point. The first thing I can do is to maintain a changelog here for every release, since on App Store it only show recent release notes
That's amazing, yes. My goal in recommending this was not to create more work for you, but to facilitate an automated aspect that you could leverage to build trust and relations with users. The last thing I'd like to do is to make more work that would take away from your efforts in making a great product.
@ylluminate No worry, I think it's a good idea. I really appreciate you took the time to give the feedback ❤️
I realize this project is closed-source, but it would be nice that if, as you work, you could set up an automated system that could sanitize and push your git changelog to a CHANGELOG.md here on github that could facilitate some level of openness so we can see progress as this app moves forward.
To be clear as to why I'm asking about this, pasteboard/clipboard tools like this are of pinnacle importance in workflow generally on any operating system. Over the years I have sought to unify my usage experience across multiple macOS workstations (my primary systems), with secondary Windows workstations and Linux workstations.
So far I've only been successful with macOS via PasteBot (and another prior to that), but it has been hard to know if the project(s) has still been alive from time to time.
Your updates are refreshing and encouraging and seeing it available for iOS and iPadOS is fantastic. I suppose I have hopes to see it extend to Windows and Linux at some point perhaps similar to CopyQ (which can be sync'd between operating systems via SyncThing, etc., but it's clunky), but more refined.
It would be nice to see a changelog as noted because it would simply facilitate our seeing a "pulse" or sign of life of this excellent project.
