What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Latest version of swfObject seems to cause a delay.
2. I've only seen this on IE7 on Windows XP - other browsers that I've
checked (Firefox, Chrome, Safari) seem fine.
3. The delay only seems to occur when I first visit a page - a typical
delay seems to be about 15 seconds on my machine. On subsequent visits the
delay disappears. http://www.biennale.org.uk/index.php is an example of a
page that shows this delay when I visit it. In order to duplicate the
delay, I have to clear my cache before visiting again. Even if I just
include swfobject.js and don't embed any swf files, I still see the delay.
